Exs + Ohs offers free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $40. There is a $10 flat rate for orders from outside Australia or below $40.

Once you have placed your order we endeavor to ship your purchase as soon as possible. We will contact you directly if we expect delays.

RETURNS:

We offer free exchanges for when it's not quite right.

Email returns@exsohs.com with your order number, your full name and the item information and we will get back to you with the next steps.

We can only accept exchanges on items in their original condition with the hygiene stickers and any tags still attached when applicable.

After we receive all your information we will send you a paid return postage bag. You can then send the item back to us and we will send you your replacement item.
